FrogJam Motorsport Formula Renault 2.0 Dry Sump Fitting Kit | Renault F4R

This kit is to assist with the fitting of Formula Renault 2.0 dry sump kits to the Renault Clio RS Mk2 172/182 F4R 730 series engine.

The dry sump kits are not supplied from the manufacturer with the necessary crank spacer / crank seal, oil pickup pipes or water pump inlet pipes. When fitting our own kit to our race car we had a batch of parts made to assist with this, and hence we have a limited number of these kits that are available to purchase for others fitting their own kits.

The included parts consist of:

- A water pump inlet boss, made from 6082 T6 aluminium, to which you can weld your own water pipe. It seals well in the block with the factory o-ring and replaces the factory black plastic water pipe which does not fit with the dry sump pump attached.

- An oil pickup tube boss, made from 304 stainless, which can be used to fabricate you own oil pickup tube. It also seals to the sump using o-rings (supplied but not photographed).

- A crank spacer and matching crank seal, made from EN24T, which replaces the factory fit oil pump chain sprocket and allows the dry sump oil pump cover to be used.

We are able to assist with the further fabrication of each part (additional charges apply) and can also offer advice / tips in how to route/fit each piece.
