Shipping policy

DELIVERY COSTS (UK)

  • Orders over £200 qualify for free UK delivery.

Orders selecting standard delivery are delivered using Royal Mail Tracked 24 service, Fedex or Parcelforce which are all 'next day' services, however delivery timeframes are not guaranteed. We reserve the right to use a different delivery provider for any reason. 

Delivery prices vary depending on the total weight of your order.

If you are ordering online, UK delivery options and costs are automatically calculated and displayed to you before you confirm your order.

Standard delivery prices for orders under £200 are as follows:

  • Parcel weight 0-2kg: £4.45 (inc. VAT)
  • Parcel weight 2-10kg: £7.95 (inc. VAT)
  • Parcel weight >10kg: £10.95 (inc. VAT)


Exceptionally large and bulky items may be subject to a further additional charge.

We also offer Royal Mail Special Delivery delivery for most items that you require urgently.

Prices for Royal Mail Special Delivery are:

  • Parcel weight 0-2kg: £12.95 (inc. VAT)
  • Parcel weight 2-10kg: £17.45 (inc. VAT)
  • Parcel weight 10-20kg: £21.95 (inc. VAT)

 

DISPATCH TIMES (UK)

For UK customers orders our aim is to dispatch your order as fast as possible. We aim to dispatch all orders received before 12:00 on the same working day.

Our standard delivery timeframes are not guaranteed as we rely on our logistics partners, however we would usually expect to deliver goods on the day following dispatch.
 

DELIVERY COSTS (EUROPE & INTERNATIONAL)

We can deliver items globally, subject to our T&C’s here. Goods are sent via courier, taking approximately 5-7 working days for Europe. Shipping to countries outside the Europe may take longer.

Please note that for European and International orders, items are shipped duty unpaid. This means that any applicable UK VAT is deducted automatically during the checkout process and you as customer will be responsible for any import duties and taxes levied by your destination country/government.

We have a fixed delivery rate of £25 GBP for smaller items being sent to Europe, and £35 GBP for items being sent outside of UK & Europe. We are able to provide bespoke delivery quotes on request.
