All hypoid differentials with limited slip system, gearboxes with integrated limited slip differentials, mechanical transmissions, synchronised or non-synchronized gearboxes, transfer gearboxes operating under shocks, heavy loads and low revolution speed or moderate loads and high revolution speed, when transmission efficiency has to be improved compare to a viscosity grade 140 lubricant.
Suitable for high performance gearboxes and transmissions in racing and street use conditions.

High Performance Synthetic – ESTER Core® lubricant reinforced with EP - "Extreme Pressure" - additives to protect against wear and for a higher resistance at high temperature and a longer lifetime.
Esters are polar molecules hence are attracted to metallic surfaces. The exclusive Motul ESTER Core® Technology features optimized polarity for maximal adherence of the oil film to increase transmission protection, reliability and driveability, even in most extreme conditions.
Included dedicated friction modifier to increase limited slip differential efficiency, and avoid noisy or dragging limited slip differential.
Viscosity grade 90 at high temperatures to provide outstanding oil film resistance at high temperatures and/or to reduce transmission noise 0% shear loss: Unshearable oil film in extreme conditions to meet racing and street use.
Stays in viscosity grade 90 after KRL 20 hours shear test as requested by SAE J306 standard for gear oils thanks to the synthetic ester base with very high Viscosity Index (VI).
